- Art.24 – A fim de garantir a execução deste Código, cabo ao Tecnólogo, Técnico e Auxiliar de Radiologia comunicar ao Conselho da dua jurisdicação, de forma fundamentada, os fatos de que tenha conhecimento e que possam caracterizar possível infringência dos preceitos éticos e das normas que regulam o exercício das Técnicas Radiológicas no País.
- Art.17 – O Tecnólogo, Técnico e Auxiliar de Radiologia devem recusar-se a executar atividades que não sejam de sua competência e atribuição legal.
