- Art.17 – O Tecnólogo, Técnico e Auxiliar de Radiologia devem recusar-se a executar atividades que não sejam de sua competência e atribuição legal.
- Art.19 – O Tecnólogo, Técnico e Auxiliar em Radiologia, no desempenho de suas atividades profissionais, devem observar rigoroa e permanentemente as normas de proteção radiológicas, objetivando a preservação de sua saúde e a do seu cliente/paciente.
- Art.33 – Das penalidade:- a) Advertência confidencial em aviso reservado
- Art.2o – O Tecnólogo, Técnico e Auxiliar de Radiologia, no desempenho de suas atividades profissionais, devem respeitar integralmente a dignidade do cliente/paciente destinatário de seus serviços, sem restrição de raça, nacionalidade, sexo, idade, partido politico, classe social e religião.
- Art.18 § 3 o – O Tecnólogo, Técnico e Auxiliar em Radiologia devem : Assumir, civil e penalmente, responsabilidades por atos profissionais danosos ao cliente/paciente a que tenha dado causa por imperícia, imprudência, negligência ou omissão.
- Art.7 o § 8 o – É vedado ao Tecnólogo, Técnico e Auxiliar de Radiologia. Abandonar ou não comparecer ao trabalho, onde exerça atividade profissional, sem motivo plenamente justificado.
- Art.28 – É vedado ao profissional: VIII – Publicar em seu nome trabalho científico do qual não tenha participado ou atribuir-se autoria exclusiva quando, houver participação de subordinado ou outros profissionais, Tecnólogo/Técnico/Auxiliar ou não.

- Art.6 o – Ao Tecnólogo, Técnico e Auxiliar de Radiologia é expressamente vedado fornecer ao cliente/paciente informações não específicas de sua formação.
- Art. 10 – O Tecnólogo, Técnico e Auxiliar de Radiologia têm obrigação de adotar uma atitude de solidariedade em consideração a seus colegas, respeitando os padrões da ética profissional e pessoal, indispensáveis a harmonia e a elevação da profissão junto à classe e no conceito de sociedade.
- Art.33 – Das penalidades:- e) Cassação do exercício profissional, “ad referendum” do Conselho Nacional.
- Art.28 - É vedado ao profissional : II – Utilizar-se de animais de experimentação sem objetivos claros e honestos de enriquecer os horizontes do conhecimento das Radiações e, consequentemente, de ampliar os benefícios à sociedade.
- Art. 13 – Quando investido em função de Chefe, Coordenador ou Supervisor, devem o Tecnólogo, Técnico em Radiologia, em suas relações com colegas, auxiliares e demais funcionários, pautar sua conduta pelas normas do presente Código, exigindo deles igualmente fiel observância dos preceitos éticos.
