  9. 14. I learned how to properly move my upper body over my lower one with an upwards motion. I dislike this exercise

  1. 1. I learned how to do a bridge but harder and with like 3* more chance of chronic brain damage. I like this exercise

  3. 6. I learned how to properly become airborne after propelling myself into the air with my feet for 1/60th of a minute. I dislike this exercise
  4. 8. I learned how to properly move my arms and hands over my feet to prove how flexible I am. I like this exercise
  5. 11. I learned how to move up and down moving from a standing to lunge position. I dislike this exercise
  6. 13. I learned how to do a pushup with the incorporated jump. I exercise is a death sentance do at your own risk
