  1. 4. Caregivers are required to take a 10-minute paid break every four hours.
  2. 5. Trinsic caregivers are required to work a Forty Hour week and should strive to adhere closely to their scheduled hours.
  3. 6. Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the requested time off.
  4. 8. Intermountain Health supports caregivers who experience the loss of a loved one with time off.

  1. 1. Unscheduled PTO includes absences due to sudden illness, unexpected emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  2. 2. All caregivers are required to take PTO on Holidays.
  3. 3. Caregiver may have the option of shifting no more than 2 hours to accommodate changes in schedules.
  4. 7. Overtime hours are not permitted, unless approved by their leader for non-exempt (hourly) caregivers.
