  1. 3. An amount of money taken out of your account. A debit card is a card that allows you to tae money out of your account (you must have the money in your account to use it).
  2. 4. The amount of money you have in your account. For example, Hailey has a current balance of $287 in her bank account.
  3. 6. This is money that you can borrow. Credit cards are plastic cards that you can buy things with. You are borrowing money (credit) from Visa, MasterCard, or another company. People do not own their credit cards; the bank or credit card company owns everyone’s cards.

  12. 17. A small rectangular piece of paper you can use to pay for things. Cheques need to be filled out properly.
