- 2. explains that every human has rights and that any rights that weren’t listed in the constitution doesn’t mean they can be violated.

- 7. it rights the laws, confirms presidential appointments, grants money, declares war and approves treaties.

- 4. the 7th amendment guarantees a speedy (blank). It is different from a criminal trial because it is when someone sues someone else while a criminal trial is when the state tries to convict someone of a crime.

- 8. it says that punishments will be fair and not cruel, and extraordinary large fines will not be set.
- 9. the 4th protects the people from unreasonable searches. That means that the police need a (blank) to enter our homes.
