  1. 2. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial
  2. 3. This shall not be construed to deny or disparage others
  3. 4. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury
  4. 5. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted
  5. 8. Powers not delegated to US by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States
  6. 9. The right of people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects
