- 1. This is the primary member’s name, DOB, gender, phone number and address. Used for member verification.
- 2. The legal contract of insurance between the insurance company and the policyholder.
- 5. Aka group: the affinity organization for whom AGIA provides administrative services for. IE: GSC, LIT, NRA.
- 6. An activity initiated by us to follow-up with the member regarding their communication with us.
- 7. Anyone that has a financial stake on the policy such as insured, spouse or other dependent.
- 8. The symbol located in InsPro will provide a shortcut to additional information.
- 11. An individual who has permission from the primary member or POA to inquire about the account.

- 14. A spouse, domestic partner, and eligible child(ren).
