1. This is the primary member’s name, DOB, gender, phone number and address. Used for member verification.
2. The legal contract of insurance between the insurance company and the policyholder.
5. Aka group: the affinity organization for whom AGIA provides administrative services for. IE: GSC, LIT, NRA.
6. An activity initiated by us to follow-up with the member regarding their communication with us.
