  1. 1. Gertrude is always slipping her phone into her bag with her keys, and so she’d like a way to make sure her phone display is protected from scratches.
  2. 5. Gertrude wants super fast internet to be able to stream Gardening Australia seamlessly, and uses around 60GB of data a month, so needs a plan that would cater to this.
  3. 6. Gertrude would like a device that can take great photos and videos of her grandkids, but that isn’t too big! Editing photos and playing games on her device means that Gertrude would appreciate a display that could give her the best possible visual experience.
  4. 8. Gertrude is interested in learning if there are any features of her new device that may allow her more freedom in editing her photographs after they’re taken, in a variety of editing softwares.
  5. 9. Having lots of grandkids means lots of devices, and lots of device means lots of chargers! Gertrude would like to lessen the amount of cables in her house for the safety of the children, but would also love a distinctive charger that can’t be claimed by another member of the family.

  1. 2. Protection is a must for Gertrude, but she doesn’t want her phone to feel too chunky in her hand. Given her hands are always wet from gardening, she’d like to make sure her phone has a bit of grip and that she can easily pop it on to charge with any accessories she may invest in.

However, she’s feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the changes and doesn’t quite know where to start! Gertrude has used the Tips app before, but is after a more hands-on experience in learning how to use her device to unlock her passions.
  3. 4. Gertrude knows all her grandkids will be very excited to play some games on her new phone, but she’s worried they might spend money in apps without her knowing! She also knows that all 8 of her grandchildren have differing taste in the games they want to play. Gertrude wishes there was a way for all of them to play the games they love, without her having to worry about any unwanted in-app purchases.
  4. 7. Gertrude would love to be connected with a carrier that has the best possible coverage, so that she doesn’t run into issues with connectivity when gardening or travelling with her wife, Carol.
