Differential of a Right Axis on ECG

- 4. post-surgery complication resulting in dyspnea, chest pain, and hypoxia
- 6. R-axis & slightly prolonged QRS at 80-100ms, a "diagnosis of exclusion"
- 7. kartagener syndrome
- 8. Looks like dextrocardia but normal R-wave progression in the precordial leads

- 1. Heart in a tall + thin individual, an athlete, or COPD
- 2. most common hemodynamically significant intracardiac shunt
- 3. Emphysema and chronic bronchitis, collectively
- 5. Happens with pulmonary HTN
- 6. Presents with STEMI in I, aVL and depressions in II, III, aVF
