Across
- 3. An area with a particular set of sctivities in Hyperspace.
- 6. Allows for review of the patient's current orders.
- 7. Parts of the navigator that contain links to activities for documentation.
- 9. Appears when placng order and allows the user ti enter information necessary for an order.
- 12. A list of patients available in the Patient List activity.
- 13. An action that indicates that a user has reviewed data.
- 15. Navigator that opens into the Index report.
- 17. Row of buttons at the top of the screen including the Epic button.
- 20. Allows the user to choose from a list of pre-configured choices in a SmartText or SmartPhrase.
- 21. Allows for batch printing of key EPic reports without having direct access to patient information during a server downtime.
- 22. A tool for registration and clinical staff to help simplify the process of selecting the correct patient encounter.
- 23. Used to change the department you are logged into.
- 24. Contains additional activities, bottom left of the screen.
- 27. Where the user can document educational topics and points that are discussed with the patient and/or family.
- 30. It allows access to additional menus.

- 33. This is created when a medication is administered without being orderd in the system and approved by Pharmacy.

- 42. Allows the user to type a few characters that automatically expand into a longer phrase or block of text.

- 45. Icon that indicates that something must be entered in that field before continuing.

- 1. Reminders or warnings to clinicians.
- 2. Hover to discover.
- 4. Orders are signed but not released and active.
- 5. A set of frequently used orders.
- 8. Activity where users can create and track nursing plans of care for a patient.
- 10. A collection of orders that are commonly ordered together for a specific problem or diagnosis.
- 11. a template for charting that can include text and other SmartTools.
- 14. Hyperlink to additional order information.
- 16. Locks Hyperspace and returns to the login screen without closing any open workspaces.
- 18. Closes the open workspaces and logs the user out if Epic.
- 19. Report summarizing such things as orders, diagnoses and notes.
- 25. The view that appears when logging into Epic.
- 26. Restrictions applied to a set of returned results.
- 27. Activity where the user can view lists of patients and reports for each patient.
- 28. Clock icon that signals the user that there are new results or notes to review.
