  21. 41. The section that appears at the top of the patient's chart that shows important patient information.
  22. 42. Allows the user to type a few characters that automatically expand into a longer phrase or block of text.
  23. 43. To authorize the ordered medications and/or procedures.
  24. 44. Allows user to insert free text into the documentation.
  25. 45. Icon that indicates that something must be entered in that field before continuing.
