  1. 1. these are just the right challenge for me. do a push up but on a elevated surface to make it easier

  4. 9. this is a classic exercise but a really easy one, good for a warm up. jump and spread your arms and legs then bring them back and repeat
  5. 11. this one is good because it has so many variations. lie down and curl your head to your knees
