- 4. squeeze as hard as you can imagine you will fall to your end if you let go
- 6. sit on the floor with your legs straight reach as far forward as you can with both hands without bouncing
- 7. from a rolling start run as fast as you can over 30m
- 8. stand on one leg on your tip toes and see how long you can keep in that position
- 9. measure height of hand at full reach then from standing jump and reach as high as you can

- 1. cones at 20m apart run from one to the other in time with the beeps
- 3. stand 2 meters from a wall thrown and catch a tennis ball boucing off the wall alternating hands
- 5. stand with your arm out straight in front of you fingers in line with 0cm mark on the ruler, partner drop the ruler and you try to catch it measure how far the ruler falls
