- 3. I enjoy this exercise. I learned that it helps boost your cardio fitness. To do this exercise you must jog while lifting your feet up one at a time to kick your bottom.
- 5. I enjoy this exercise. I learned that it helps to strengthen your legs and core. To do this exercise you must run or jog while pushing your knees up in the air one at a time with power and jumping at the same time.
- 8. I enjoy this exercise. I learned that it helps stretch your hamstrings. To do this exercise you must put one leg in front of you and bend it at a 90 degree angle. Then you use your other leg and stretch it straight behind you.
- 10. I enjoy doing this exercise. From gym class I have learned that this exercise helps to increase my mindfulness. To complete this exercise, you must start by standing up and then bend your knees at a 90 degree angle and continue to do this multiple times.
- 11. I do not enjoy this exercise. I learned that it helps to strengthen your muscles and help with your muscle endurance. To do this exercise you lean against the wall against your back and sit like your sitting in a chair and hold the positivion.
- 12. I enjoy this exercise. I learned that it is a great way to strengthen your legs and core. To do this you must simply ride your bicycle.
- 13. I enjoy this exercise. I learned that it helps strengthen your calves, glutes, and core. In order to do this exercise you must jump up and down while moving your arms up and down and spreading your legs in and out.
- 14. I enjoy this exercise. I learned that it helps strengthen your arm muscles. In order to do this you stretch out your arms and move them in circles.
- 15. I enjoy this exercise. I learned that it helps to stretch and strengthen your legs. To do this exercise you must run or jog while lifting your knees up in the air one at a time.
Down
- 1. I do not enjoy this exercise. I learned that it is a good way to boost your upper body strength. To do this exercise you must jump up then go back down to a plank position and do a push up. You do this multiple times.
- 2. I do not enjoy this exercise. I learned that it helps to strengthen your core and upper body strength. In order to do this you must lay on your back with your hands behind your head and your legs bent. You then lift your upper body to touch your legs.
- 4. I do not enjoy this exercise. I learned that it helps to strengthen your core. In order to do this you must lay on your back with your hands behind your arms and hands touching the floor next to you and your legs bent. You then lift your upper body to touch your legs moving your arms across the ground.
- 6. I do not enjoy doing this exercise. Even though it is challenging, it helps my muscular strength. To do this exercise, you must first go into a plank position and then bend your elbows at a 90 degree angle and then repeat the process.
- 7. I enjoy completing this exercise. I learned that it will help my muscular endurance. In order to do this exercise your body must be horizontal to the ground and use your arms to carry your body weight on the floor.
- 9. I enjoy this exercise. From health class I learned that it helps with pacing myself and my endurance. To do this you must run at a slower pace.
