- 1. Helped raise my heart rate. Needed me to jump in and out.
- 2. Is a good warm up exercise and allowed me to stay in place.
- 4. Helped me raise my heart rate, similar to planking and jogging.
- 8. Difficulty could be adjusted with weights, and was a easy way to work on my legs and balance.
- 10. A core workout that including raising my legs in an up and down motion.
- 11. Focused on my arms, weights can be added for more difficulty.
