  2. 2. Is a good warm up exercise and allowed me to stay in place.

  4. 8. Difficulty could be adjusted with weights, and was a easy way to work on my legs and balance.
  5. 10. A core workout that including raising my legs in an up and down motion.
  6. 11. Focused on my arms, weights can be added for more difficulty.
