  1. 3. This year I participated in Turner's ______ Leadership Program, where I gained new skills, conducted thorough research on what would become HBO Max, and presented on a very intimidating stage.
  2. 4. This year I continued to pursue ways to elevate CN's pro-social efforts. This includes working with Leslie + team on creating encouraging videos with CN characters for children's _______, drafting a proposal for how CN could speak out against the crisis at the border, and assisting with sales strategy for sustainability.
  3. 7. This year I took on more responsibility and project-managed the ______ internship. I successfully planned and executed two in-person meet-ups, coordinated with social, and helped adapt the program as needs changed. The result: a pilot program that has met most of its goals.
  4. 9. I created and am currently leading an ______ Task Force at CNS. In this role so far, I have a) collaborated with CNS executive leadership to enact specific, meaningful change, b) provided practical, actionable tools and resources, and c) presented to and facilitated discussion with show teams.
  5. 11. My ____ Analysis project delved deeper into the four narrative/comedic elements (Like, Laugh, Weird, and Boring) that we use to see what kids find most engaging. I partnered with Amber to collect data, create new content categories, cut highlight reels, and make recommendations. These insights contributed to strategy for the Perception campaign.
  6. 12. When Jill asked me and Kevin to do a deep dive into games like ________ and Minecraft, we created a Gaming Landscape insights deck that analyzed each game's rise in popularity and examined their most successful strategies and emotional benefits.
  7. 13. Since the research team has hired a new trends-focused person, I have collaborated with her on an updated version of my monthly trends______.

  1. 1. Following the success of the Dove x SU partnership, I worked on creating a new way to accurately measure the "CN _______" by building new metrics like Social Velocity and generating a new dashboard that provided a more comprehensive look at the power of our brand.
  2. 2. The short-lived but worthwhile "_____ Know Best" event brought real kids into the office to share their experiences and insights with our team.
  3. 5. I built and presented a deck that synthesized all of the research we've received from Google, Youtube, and the ___________ Study, provided additional recommendations, and suggested next steps. I also created executive summaries with the same information.
  4. 6. My ____ for 2020 are: a) to continue to lead and expand CNS' inclusion efforts, b) to better assist the team with brand management responsibilities, c) to work more closely with Jenni on Insights projects (and figure out the best way to establish, work on, and manage those projects), and d)continue to deliver outside-the-box insights that directly influence marketing and network strategy.
  5. 8. This year, I am most ____ of my growth as a leader and communicator. I am also grateful to have the opportunity to do work that I find incredibly meaningful with amazing, hardworking people.
