  1. 1. Cold Calorics- Ice water instilled into ear canal should cause nystagmus of ocular deviation
  2. 3. A patient has this GCS if they localize pain, open their eyes to verbal stimulus and cries consolably
  3. 4. decreased pulse, increased systolic blood pressure and widened pulse pressure
  4. 5. stroking the bottom of the foot elicits fanning of the big toe. This is abnormal after a patient can walk
  5. 6. A patient has this GCS if they Follow Commands/Move spontaneously, Open eyes Spontaneously, and have no verbal response
  6. 8. This is involuntary back and forth movement of eyes, which is normal until 10 days of life
  7. 9. Patient will grasp object placed in hand. Usually disappears by 6 to 12 months of age
  8. 10. Dolls Eyes- can do only if C-spine is cleared
