- 11. An electronic identifier inserted in e-mail messages that cabn contain text, hyperlinks, pictures, or an Electronic Buisness Card.
- 12. Library A task pane used for storing text and graphics for future use.
- 13. An electronic repository that organizes, stores, and saves old files.
- 14. Heading An area provided for the title or heading of a project or section of a project.
- 15. Information Set A collection of information about an individual, including name, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and more.
- 17. Including someone in an e-mail messagewithout their name being visible to the other recipients.
