- 1. paralytic available in dosages of 1.5 mg/kg, 5, 20 or 50mg. Can cause hyperkalemia
- 2. used to treat hyperkalemia induced by succinylcholine
- 5. Used to treat hypotension, anaphylaxis and cardiac arrest
- 6. commonly used for acidosis an example would be CO2 buildup from apnea during RSI
