7. Stands for Acceptable Use Policy aka Terms of Service or a contract explaining what you can and can't do while using a program.

14. Examples of this are Yahoo!, Bing and Google.

19. an organized list of instruction that make the computer do certain things. Microsoft Word is an example.
20. Temporary storage for a web page. Remembers instructions when you go to a website.
