- 14. Older, large breed dogs, non chondrodystrophic
- 16. cats of any age, rarely dogs
- 17. young, giant breed dogs, great danes, mastiff
- 18. GSH, Malinois, working dogs, other large breed dogs - boxers, labs; males > females

- 2. generally middle aged to older animals

- 6. variant of ANNPE where disc material penetrates the dura and spinal cord
- 7. any, cervical myelopathy
- 9. may be caused by traumatic incident
