- 4. When something happens to the president the vice-president takes over office.
- 8. The government may take taxes based on incomes.
- 13. People must cast a distinct vote for a president and vice president instead of 2 presidential votes.
- 15. Abolished 18th amendment: People can sell and import alcohol.
- 17. People are considered citizens of the U.S. if they are born there and are protected by the laws.
- 18. Excsessive bail, cruel and unusual punishment, or excessive fines are not required.
- 21. Gives people the right to not house soldiers.
- 22. People the age of 18 and older can legally vote.
- 24. The people living in the District of Columbia can vote for president.
- 25. Give people the right to a jury, a fair trial, and protection against.
- 26. Gives people the right to bear arms.
- 27. Slavery or involuntary servitude may not be used punishment for crimes.

- 1. The people may vote for the senator instead of them being chosen by state legislatures.
- 2. Federal courts cannot sue states for certain things.
- 5. Allows the right to free speech, press, etc.
- 6. Rights not listed in the Constitution still belong to the people.
