- 4. Soles of feet move outwards to face away from each other
- 5. rotation Limb specifically rotates about its axis towards the midline of the body

- 6. Movement away from the body’s vertical midline
- 8. Hand moves from facing down to facing up
- 9. Circular movement of a limb about its axis
- 11. extension Limb moved away to side of body whilst the joint is abducted
- 13. Movement towards the body’s vertical midline
- 16. Downwards (inferior) movement of the shoulders
- 17. Downward movement of toes downwards to straighten ankle – point toes (ankle only)
