- 4. Work directly with coordination and support of WHT scholars and PCs. Function very similarly to Program Coordinators, but with additional programmatic responsibilities.
- 7. Current scholars in the program that serve in various specific functional areas. These areas include study café, social media, community engagement event planning, and intramural teams. Work directly with PCs and offer 1:1 support the Peer Mentors.
- 11. Current second-year or older scholars in the program that are assigned 5-7 first year mentees. They are a primary source of information and support in the WHT program. Work shifts at the Study Café, check-ins for WHT events, and administrator activities helping with dinner logistics.
- 12. Facilitates photography for special WHT events. Serves as additional support to PC and UA team.
- 13. supports the team through a number of administrative duties, maintains various important student records such as the Cohort Spreadsheets, and manages the WHT email, cell phone, and customer service.

- 1. Provide holistic support to scholars through individual meetings throughout the academic year. Offer important transition information, monitor students’ enrollment and academic progress, provide recognition and intervention during the mid-semester grade checks process, and oversee customize academic probation support for scholars who are in academic recovery. Assist with selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of our UAs and Peer Mentors. Are assigned liaison responsibilities in areas including diversity and inclusion, education abroad, financial aid, housing and campus recreation, study café and tutoring, RSO advising, and transfer student support.
- 2. Reports to the Director of WHT. Supports the WHT team through various projects, reviews and organizes program documents and efforts, and facilitates student reach out through multiple methods of communication.
- 3. Responsible for coordinating the WHT sections of classes each semester. Staff liaison for questions or concerns about anything related to a WHT class or instructor.
- 5. New student leadership position in WHT that supports scholars’ major exploration and career preparation. Provides support in specific topic areas like resume and cover letter development, professional networking, interview preparation, and accessing campus resources like Handshake and the First-Gen/BIPOC Student Micro-internship initiative.
- 6. Responsible for the overall leadership and vision of the program. Works as the liaison between the WHT program and staff to the Buffett Foundation. Represent the program to university senior administrators and directors of other university units and programs. Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates the Assistant Director, Senior Program Coordinators, Program Coordinators, and the Administrative Technician.
- 8. Primarily responsible for working with WHT Scholars and residents of Harper, Schramm, Smith at the Study Café. Provide academic support through course-specific content review and explanation, exam preparation, and general study strategies. Serve as a supportive and productive team member.
- 9. Oversees the WHT program as part of the Division of Academic Affairs and Student Success Team. They also represent the WHT program to the highest administration cabinets of the University.
- 10. Performs a wide variety of responsibilities in support of the WHT program. Responsible for overseeing large scale department functions such as UA and Peer Mentor selection and training and Community Engagement Dinners. Directly supervise the Undergraduate Assistants and provide payroll support.
