- 2. While this AO is very new to ZAR, he has quickly learned all the operational tasks at ZAC prior to heading off to FLETC. In a short time she has provided insight on legal issues having been a practicing lawyer outside the United States. She is always eager to learn, and works diligently to get all operational duties done quickly and correctly.

- 6. This AO has demonstrated his flexibility and dedication to the ZAR mission by readily taking on APSO, affirmative, and affirmative completion cases whenever needed. His last name starts with an A.
- 10. This AO has been at ZAR for several years, and has been a dedicated member of our corps, showing great interviewing and adjudicative skills. Having recently gotten married, ZAR congratulates this AO on his recent nuptials and wishes him and his wife all the best!
- 12. She is always willing to step up for a challenge, and works very well independently! Her tenacity, good humor, and "can do" attitude are much appreciated amongst her colleagues and supervisors.
- 15. This individual has an extremely sharp mind and is a great resource for new AOs. She is a natural leader will tackle any case or project. She has been instrumental to the AO corps with her experience and background.
- 16. From the Vermont Service center to the DMV -- there is no doubt she has come ready to take on the AO position with a determined desire to become one of ZAR's best. She is one to watch.

- 1. He is always ready to greet his colleagues with a smile, and is a genuine joy to work with. He mentors newer Aos, works hard on collateral projects, and is willing to pitch in and help out anytime, with anything. He is a great role model and a wonderful asset to the AO corps.
- 3. Though he is new to the ZAR family, his contributions during FLETC and ZAR U were much appreciated, and we look forward to working with him more closely in the future.
- 5. Her smiling face and willingness to take on extra work and interviews were always appreciated in APSO--we miss seeing her every day, and she is welcome to come back any time!
- 7. His sense of humor always delights and lights up whatever floor he is working on--in addition, his dogged pursuit of mastering the AO position and his long-time experience in the government are a great asset to the office, and to his colleagues.
- 8. She is the go-getter adjudicator. She handles complex cases with grace and ease and is extremely professional to applicants, attorneys, and stakeholders. She enjoys helping her colleagues with both technical issues and career growth. She has been instrumental to the ZAR family with her dedication to not just adjudications, but with extracurricular that help create a quality workplace.

- 11. Always bright, sunny, willing to travel on short notice, and responds to her supervisor's shouts.

Although this AO is still relatively new, she has worked tirelessly to support the IA and CIS teams, worked the front window, and volunteered to help clear out the mailroom on multiple occasions. While she is still waiting to complete her training at FLETC, she continues to help ZAR every day with checking applicant's in and tracking down documents/missing files when needed.
