- 1. This refers to an employer that employs at least 50 Full-Time employees, including full-time equivalents, for the calendar year. There is a 1:1 relationship between this entity and its FEIN. This is the filing entity of ACA.

- 4. This is the functionality in the system that allows customers to generate/import, and validate ACA data in the system. This is included in the standard CORE functionality.
- 5. This refers to the standard payroll and HR product that UKG offers to its customers to have employee profiles, run payroll, and the ability to hire/term/other HR-related functions. It can also refer to the team which supports these products.
- 6. This is the employee form for ACA Reporting; the benefits are equivalent to a W-2 and come from the employer.
- 8. This refers to anyone currently enrolled in a medical plan, specifically those listed in part 3 of the 1095-C.
- 9. An Aggregated Group of Applicable Large Employer Members under common control, each ALE Member will have a Unique EIN, but this entity does not have its own EIN.
