  1. 3. Thumb of the 5-hand touches forehead then moves forward in an arcing motion.
  2. 4. Both hands with index fingers extended (1 handshape), palms facing each other, come together in the center.
  3. 5. The open dominate hand begins at the forehead, palm facing in, moves away and down as it changes to a Y-hand, eyebrows down.
  4. 8. Interlock the fingers of both slightly curved open 5 hands, palms in, move from the right to left in an outward circle as if stirring a large pot.
  5. 10. Both F-hands (palms out) with index/thumbs touching then wrists rotate until palms face in and pinky fingers touch.
  6. 12. Open A hands, palms facing in with fingers pointing in and back of fingers touching, the wrists turn flipping the hands so palms are up, eyebrows down.
  7. 16. Dominant T-hand, palms out, taps chin then the temple.
  8. 17. The dominate open eight hand begins open on the chest, then as the hand pulls away, the thumb and middle finger come together.
  9. 18. Both X hands are linked together and moves forward slightly. Or R-hand (palm in) bounces slightly.
  10. 19. Bent B-hand to side of shoulder makes small bouncing upward arc even with side of head while making “cha” NMM.
  11. 20. Both hands with flattened O-handshapes touch, move apart, twist and touch again.
  12. 22. Both open claw hands, palms up, begin away from the body and are brought toward the body as the fingers curl up.
  13. 25. Both B-hands (palms down) in front of waist making patting gesture as hands move apart towards sides of waist.

  1. 1. Middle finger of Open 8-hand touches chin then touches chest (over heart if right handed).
  2. 2. The Y-handshape, palm facing the non-dominate side, is moved back and forth between the signer and the person to whom the signer is talking.
  3. 6. Thumb of the A-hand, palm in, slides along the jawline from under the ear to the chin.
  4. 7. Hold both index fingers to the front with the fingers pointing toward each other and the palms facing down. Rotate both index fingers alternately towards the body.
  5. 9. The closed O hand, palm down, fingertips touching the face begins at the mouth and then moves back to the cheek.
  6. 11. Dominant C-hand at the chin closes as it is pulled in a slight downward motion.
  7. 13. Dominant C-hand (palm out) against chin then drops down & clasps non-dominant C-hand.
  8. 14. Both B-hands (palms down) swing down towards each other and dominant hand clasps around non-dominant (palms facing in).
  9. 15. The open flat hand, palms facing in, makes a circle over the heart.
  10. 21. The X-handshape, palm facing down, moves down quickly.
  11. 23. Both H-hands, palms at an angle come down on top of each other at the knuckle with the dominate middle finger resting on top on the non dominate index finger.
  12. 24. Both A-hands, palms in, move up and down in an alternating fashion with palms facing each other, eyebrows down.
