5. The accused must be indicted by a Grand Jury, no double jeopardy, right to remain silent, due process, Eminent Domain
6. Crimes that could result in life imprisonment, felonies
7. The power of the government to take private property for public use (with fair payment).
8. No unreasonable search and seizures, a specific warrant is granted only with Probable Cause.
9. Right to a fair trial, right to a speedy trial, right to a lawyer, right to confront witnesses and evidence against, right to know nature and cause of accusation.

12. No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
