  1. 2. The number of downs a team has to make it to the midfield line, or if already past the midfield line, the end zone.

  2. 3. Being on the wrong side of the line of scrimmage when the ball is hiked to the quarterback. OR moving past the line of scrimmage before the ball is hiked. This results in a 5-yard penalty.

  4. 5. When a defensive player catches a pass intended for an offensive player.
  5. 9. A penalty in which a ball-carrier blocks or interferes with a defensive player from pulling their flag resulting in a loss of down and 5 yard penalty.
  6. 10. The area of the field from the goal line to the end line and between the sidelines. This is where you go to score a touchdown.
