Clothing items: what am I ?

2. I start with the letter J, and keep you warm on a cold day.
3. I start with the letter B, and your feet go inside of me.
6. At night, you wear me, in the morning, you take me off.
9. People can put their things in and carry me to go shopping.
10. I have two legs, but you wear me on your head. I prefer sunny than rainy days.
13. I protect your hands from snow and ice. Fingers think I'm very nice.
15. You keep me in a wardrobe during winter, you wear me in summer, and it's the only suit you wear it in the water.
16. You carry me on your chest to make you feel elegant and the best.

1. Short or long, girls usually put me on. In winter, summer or spring, you can always watch me gleam.
4. Two siblings with laces, always on the floor, sometimes they are running, sometimes they do more.
5. Like a roof to a house, I am to your head. I protect you from the sun, I save you from getting wet.
7. I am a very long jacket, which you can wear outside, in winter I'm the king, in summer you put me to sleep.
8. I’m something that covers your eyes, but I do not block out light. Instead you look through my lenses, as I help correct eyesight.
11. I can't help your nose but, I'm very good at warming toes.
12. When you shiver, you put me on; when you sweat, you take me off; but you hurry to wear me when snow fall.
14. I have buttons on the front that you close when you put me on. I can make you be more elegant.
15. In winter, I keep your neck warm.
