  13. 24. Processing Unit A chip or chips on the mainboard containing the control unit and the arithmetic/logic unit, that interprets and carries out the basic instructions that operate a computer.
  14. 25. The process of taking (exporting) data from an application, i.e. a database, and placing it into another application, i.e. a spreadsheet
  15. 26. A process where the words in a document are matched against a list of words in a dictionary. If a word in the document does not match one, it is signalled as a spelling error.
