It was one of my favorite trips and I was able to go with high school friends and just explore Edinburgh! (not really a vacation, more of a school trip)Other favorite travel experiences:Semester At Sea was probably my absolute favorite experience... but it was not a vacation.

Family ski vacation to Attitash, NH when I was in middle school The skiing itself was fine, but between the hotel issues we had, the quirky characters we ran into, and other silly moments throughout (like a grown man fully stripping down to change in the middle of the ski lodge), that trip alone generated YEARS of inside jokes for my family.
