- 4. The amount of depth in an artwork. Around, between, above, inside, outside are all words we use to describe this element. Can be used in both 2D and 3D artworks.

- 18. This is the sense that all parts belong together in a work of art creating harmony, wholeness.

- 20. The range of lightness to darkness of colors or black, white and all the tints and shades between.
