  1. 5. Beautiful homes and trees line this street but in the fall our dedicated streets department removes the fallen leaves… Sometimes they have to remove a whole tree in the spring due to storms. They were featured on Fox and KMBC for cleaning up the storm damage.
  2. 7. Old Kate, the mule, was tied outside of this building that was built in 1889. It served as the City Hall for many years.
  3. 9. The board of Alderman and Department Heads meet to do this type of planning for the city. They plan on how to stretch the tax dollars to fund projects and create a blueprint for what the city will accomplish.
  4. 11. In November 2023 this new 2+ mile trail was opened.
  5. 12. The North and South twin trails were named after this families twin daughters Kathryn and Virginia. The land for this area was donated by the family in memory of Edgar and Ruth as well as other family members. Look closely and you may see a sheep or two mowing the grass.
