  1. 1. swing your arms in circular motions. I like this because it's easy
  2. 4. for this you just run but not forward but the opposite. I like this because it helps your balance and keeps you aware of your surroundings.
  3. 6. you jump up and down in a star position. This is a great exercise and is fun.
  4. 9. Put your back to a wall and in a sitting position, hold your position like that for 30 seconds. I like this because it's a very fun exercise.
  5. 12. for this you run in place and bring your knees up to your chest. I like this because it gets me warmed up quickly
  6. 14. in this workout you use your core. you lie down when you do this workout. This helped you get abs and this helped me get strong.
