  1. 2. This group of people are family. You may not have to be the closest people on the field or grass, but you need to fight for each other like these people. This group of people can sit together, bash it out, and then come together again. Normally, this group of people have a lot of love and fight for eachother. Sometimes hardships can be translated into love, however if could be taken different ways.
  2. 4. We all have to do this to live. This is the center of life. This is an action that helps calm our mental space and keep us focused. If you are doing this too fast, it will be harder for you to succeed and be in the present moment. You need this to calm your nervous system.
  3. 5. Everyone hates this. Sometimes I think this is even useless because of how much sadness and depression it creates at times. The worst part of this is when you are in a slump and need any ounce of hope but this just crushes you to the point where you want to cry, scream, and throw up. It feels so defeating. I hate this.
  4. 8. Family and friends do this a lot to be on the same page. Without this, no one would know anyone's thoughts and the world would actually be in a worse place. As humans, we need this to survive, whether in foreign countries or not. Some people do not like to do this when they feel angry or isolated. Some people will go crazy without this. Some people who have schizophrenia think people do this to them.
  5. 9. Everyone loves to win. This feels very euphoric as though you have been working for this moment and it has finally come. It is never painful but rather thrilling. This is relieving and joyous coming out of bad situations. This is a life goal for almost everyone. This can be used in many different situations and definitions.
  6. 10. You can push me and I will push back. No one likes to be the sheep when the other people are hunters and out for blood. This is the aspect of human nature, just like Darwin's theory of natural selection. I want to win and I will do everything in my power to succeed and be the best I can be. No one is stopping me from this.

  1. 1. You sacrifice your body when needed, not caring whether it gets banged up or bruised. Somebody was in my way so I pushed her. I am not letting anyone take away my success and I will do everyone I can to make sure people stay out of my way. Everyone should play rough and tough, it makes the game more exciting. A lot of people do it. In the real world, people get in trouble for this kind of act.
  2. 3. I am grinning from ear to ear. This is an emotion that is often joyous and can also bring anxiety. This emotion comes with success, especially if others are beyond happy for your success. Often times this emotion, comes with a lack of patience. The feeling when you get wrapped birthday presents and you don't know what it is yet so you frantically open it.
  3. 6. I'm tired. Too tired to be writing this and it's almost time to go to bed. I have no energy and my eyes feel very heavy to the point they might close. My body hurts. This can be both mental and physical. The only way to feel better from this feeling is to either eat or sleep. Sometimes sugar helps me before performance but other times I need a reset.
  4. 7. You need this in all that you do. This aspect is very helpful in stressful situations and events where your heart might be racing. This will help you be in the present moment and have patience. You will not press to succeed but stay within yourself.
