- 1. This skill was effective for me because it stretched out my neck and back. I liked this skill because it was very relaxing. To do this skill you start on all fours and shift your stomach towards your thighs.
- 2. - This skill helped me build up core strength. I enjoyed this exercise because there are many different kinds of planks that you can do. You get down on your hands (or forearms) and feet to do this skill. You usually hold it for 30 seconds.
- 3. - This activity was helpful for me because I used it for my cool down after a run. I liked this skill because I could do it for long periods of time. To do this activity you step forward and hop on that foot, then you repeat on the other side.
- 5. Circles- This skill was helpful to me by making my mobility in my arms better. I liked this skill because it helped me fix my posture. To do this skill you rotate your arms in both directions in a circular motion.
- 6. - This exercise was very effective for me because I could use it for warm-up and cool-down with my workouts. I enjoyed this activity because it increased my heart rate for my other exercises. To do this exercise, you jump out and make a star shape with your arms and legs.
