  1. 1. Identifies who has issued the ticket

  3. 7. An app that predicts great flight and hotel deals
  4. 8. The change and Cancellation rules/penalties on a ticket
  5. 9. The cost of a flight before taxes
  6. 11. The smallest amount of time that is allowed to change planes at an airport. If these conditions are breached it is an illegal connection.

  8. 17. A code or message from the airline that allows us to waive penalties when making changes or refunds.

  1. 1. The Airline that owns the ticket. There's only one of these on each PNR.
  2. 2. Partner airlines that share the same flight. This creates more availability and cheaper flight options, however that also means more restrictions.
  3. 3. This is the amount the passenger has to pay in order to make a change or cancel their booking.
  4. 4. This determines how restrictive the fare rules pertaining to their ticket will be.
  5. 5. A leg or part of a journey. This is usually defined by departure and arrival destinations.

  10. 16. Short form for one of our users who has a booking
