  1. 1. My HYGIENE can often be something I struggle to maintain, and it makes me FEEL BAD both EMOTIONALLY and PHYSICALLY.
  2. 4. The growing presence of COVID makes me feel SCARED and sometimes I trick myself into FEELING SICK
  3. 5. My GRADES and HOMEWORK are one of my biggest stressors. I put too much PRESSURE ON MYSELF, to the point of INNACTION
  4. 7. Whenever a HOLIDAY comes around, I find myself PROCRASTINATING work and STRESSING ABOUT MINUTE DETAILS.
  5. 8. When I get less SLEEP I end up being LATE and get LESS WORK done.
  6. 9. Likely the thing that makes me the most stressed is IMPOSTER SYNDROME, where I feel GUILTY and UPSET WITH MYSELF for feeling bad.
  7. 10. Sometimes all the time I take for THEATER makes me really TIRED and I have LESS TIME FOR WORK
