- 2. But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
- 3. For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
- 6. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope.
- 7. Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
- 8. But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
- 9. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
- 11. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
- 13. Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
- 14. Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

- 4. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
- 5. A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
- 10. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
- 12. And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
- 15. Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
