  1. 2. When taking your job to Operations, Data Collect all job parts to this status.
  2. 4. You can open a job manually here for a Limelight job.
  3. 6. Save any files sent from the client in this location for your artist.
  4. 9. To ensure the products get to the client, be sure to add one of these in Pace.
  5. 10. You should do this with the proof after the client has approved it. (hint: so you can put it in the job jacket)
  6. 11. If the job is one of these, you'll need to enter a date in the Hard Due Date field in Pace.
  7. 12. Be sure to request these (i.e. logos, floor plans, photos, etc.) and other design elements (i.e. amenities, hours, special text, etc.) from the client if we don't already have them.
  8. 14. If the client wants to make any of these, mark them clearly on the proof or place in an easy-to-understand list, email to the artist and then Data Collect the Job Part to "To Limelight - Changes".
  9. 16. When the artist sends you this, review it for accuracy, email it to the client and then Data Collect the Job Part to "Proof with Customer".

  1. 1. Place your job ticket and approved, stamped artwork in one of these before taking it to Ops.
  2. 2. Use this Data Collection when scheduling a new Limelight job.
  3. 3. The artist will send you one of these when your proof is ready.
  4. 5. Use the Limelight ____ ____ to determine how much to charge a client for custom designs.
  5. 7. If the client exceeds two rounds of revisions, you will need to start charging $125 per ____ on a separate Job Part.
  6. 8. Email this person to get your Limelight job on the schedule.
  7. 13. Once the artwork is approved, you'll need to add the other _____ to your job for the production of the products.
  8. 14. After the proof is approved, stamp it with this. You should also sign and date the proof.
  9. 15. When quoting design pricing to a client, you should let them know that includes the initial proof and this many rounds of minor revisions.
  10. 17. Once you Data Collect a job to the Operations team, you should place your job jacket(s) in their bin within this many hours of the Data Collection.
