- 16. Supports students who are interested in doing a scholarly, creative, or research project with a faculty mentor. Helps students find a mentor, fund their project, write a presentation, travel to present the results of their project or take a research course.

- 20. Discuss academic goals, develop study plans, and demonstrate different study strategies. Coaches provide guidance related to time management, avoiding procrastination, improving concentration, motivation, goal setting, reading strategies, and exam preparation strategies.
