  1. 2. reports of swelling in her hands and feet
  2. 3. after taking her BP it is 145/95

  4. 6. assessed every 1-2 hours for pulmonary edema
  5. 9. reports pain that is unrelieved by any medications
  6. 10. her BP was higher than 140/90 on two occasion
  7. 13. checked on her CBC and noted that they were below 100,000
  8. 15. the nurse takes a sample of her urine to check for proteins
  9. 18. her lab value was 2 times higher than normal
  10. 19. after getting a urinalysis this lab came back high

  3. 7. this was done to treat her preeclampsia
  4. 8. to decrease her BP she is placed on this to keep it under control
  5. 11. due to her high BP she is given this medication to help lower it
  6. 12. when hand is pressed upon her foot, her foot taps back
  7. 14. she reports having discomfort in her upper abdomen
  8. 16. this was increased and overreactive
  9. 17. added pads to the side of the bed incase this would occur
