Across
- 4. A project from Theatre that involved memorizing one scene from the play Hamlet. This is not to be confused with Memorize Shakespeare Writing, which is also from Theatre. The scene involved Hamlet telling some actors how to act.
- 7. This was the second part of the huge Science project. This one involved the Soup and Salad sections of the project. The Soup was making a children's book about the moon going away, and the Salad was making a "moon phases clock" (a diagram of the moon's phases). This section was 11 days long, making the entire project 31 days.
- 9. Part of the Big 3, this was from English during the other students' Catalina trip in November and it was 22 days long. It was assigned by English and it was the first project assigned of the year. It involved taking pictures of items such as the Roman ship or the pocket schedule.
- 13. The first section of the huge Science project which was the second Science project assigned in the year. It was a 4-in-1 project with this being the first two sections (Entree and Appetizer). The Entree was making a solar system model, and the Appetizer was keeping a moon phase journal. On Blackbaud, it was listed on "Earth Sun Moon System Menu Project Part 1 Of 2".
- 14. This project was part of the Big 3 in November and it was from Latin. It was the most difficult project of the year if Moon Menu is counted as two separate projects. It consisted of building a boat, the Porcus Maris (Pig of the Sea), out of popsicle sticks. This lasted 22 days.
- 15. This was the only non-O assignment from PE. This involved reflecting on the first three units of the year, which were fitness, team handball, and croquet. It involved writing a long paragraph about each unit in an essay. This assignment was 15 days long and it was during the fall PE season.
- 17. This project was from Theatre and has a similar name as the MARP from 5th grade. It involves researching a musician that made a musical that the teacher assigned and then making a presentation about it. This was the largest group project with 6 students per group. Each student had one slide.
- 18. At 59 days, this was the second longest project. It is from Science and involves solar panels. This project is what fueled Science's Week 19 blast, which assigned more than 6000 student work points.
- 19. This project was assigned from Theatre and it involved writing a scene, then Shakespearifying it. The scene had to be 50 lines and it has to have a beginning, middle, and end. This project was done entirely in-class and it was a group project.
Down
- 1. This was the easiest of the projects. It was assigned by M&M. It did not involve any work at home. The B-class assignment Personal Failure, which involved writing a 6-paragraph essay about personal failure, was the preparation for this project.
- 2. This was the Science project in the Big 3. It was the project with the second least time due - only 8 days. It was like 3 projects in one, because it involved doing 3 activities related to the solar system: a comic book, a word search puzzle, and a poster.
- 3. This project was active during Winter Break and it was from History. It was the only project from History, which generally does not assign significant assignments. This project involved making a presentation.
- 5. This project was from Latin and involved making food. This project had a postponed due date. It involved making a loaf of bread.
- 6. This project was the shortest ever, at only 4 days. It was from Science. It was 2-in-1 assignments, which were writing a book about the earth's four spheres as well as writing a story about an oxygen molecule.
- 8. This was the only project from Music. It involved making a slide for music class and it plays a song, then there is the slide with all of the information.
- 10. This project involved memorizing the Shakespearified scene from theatre. This was written during the project Shakespeare Writing.
- 11. At 60 days, this project was the longest project ever assigned, but just barely (by 1 day). It was assigned in Week 13 and due in Week 20. This also goes over Winter Break. It involved making a pig out of small tiles. The project also involved ordering tiles, including pink, yellow, and blue tiles. There was a huge blue tile shortage and students were trading handfuls of tiles for single blue tiles or even pieces of blue tiles.
- 12. This project involved making a poster for Latin class. This project occurs every year. It was 41 days long, which is the third-longest.
- 16. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨LOOK HERE!!! The word for this one is "instructions". Please read. Do not write "projects" in any of them. Use "_" for spaces. Note that this is an easier version of Projects (crosswordlabs.com/view/projects-29).
