  8. 18. On duty 24/7/365 to protect and serve the university.
  9. 19. Approves chapel announcements and campus signage, produces the Campus Newsletter, and reviews chapel attendance and release.
  10. 20. Maintains SAGU's accreditation and plans the university goals, objectives, brand promise, and the annual assessment process.

  1. 1. Assists students and alumni with career planning and preparation with workshops, seminars, and networking.
  2. 2. Attends to student needs, pastoral guidance, conflict resolution, probation checks, and student conduct.
  3. 4. Recruits and admits new students for Undergraduate On-Campus, Undergraduate Online, and Early College Credit students.
  4. 5. Helps students progress towards commencement through scheduling students, evaluating transfer credit, changing academic programs, and advising on degree requirements.
  5. 6. Counsels, awards and dispurses federal, state, and institutional financial aid to students.
  6. 7. Provides professional development opportunities for faculty and supports the design, development, and delivery of course instruction.
  7. 10. Processes student meal plans, the Mail Center, the Copy Center, Bookstore, Dining, Facilities, Event Services, and University Vehicles.
  8. 12. Supports online Undergraduate and Graduate students, SOM and Extension sites, and Early College Credit.
  9. 13. Brings physical and digital learning materials to students and faculty. Offers a great place to study and collaborate.
  10. 17. Pays the bills; processes check requests, reimbursements, and issues credit cards.
