Sepsis

2. a sudden feeling of cold with shivering accompanied by a rise in temperature, often with copious sweating, especially at the onset or height of a fever.

5. the second intervention in conjunction with fluids that should be done 30mins after an opioid is given to patient who is still experiencing rigors and is not on broad spectrum antibiotics
