  1. 1. practice: The same skill is repeated in different situations. e.g practice against a defender making the skill being performed slightly different
  2. 2. Guidance- This is where the coach uses equipment to support the performer to help them complete the correct technique.

  6. 8. organisation skill: These skills are easy to do and can be broken down to practice e.g triple jump in athletics
  7. 9. practice: this is when there are breaks in practice/ skill practice providing rest periods- fewer repetitions of the skill
  8. 11. organisation skill: These are skills that are hard to do and can not be broken down into phases- e.g. tumbling in gymnastics
  9. 13. Practice: whole movement of a skill is repeated. e.g. golf swing
  10. 15. feedback: feedback given outside the performer e.g. coach telling you what you did right or wrong
  11. 16. skill: skills that are affected by the environment
  12. 19. skill: these skills are difficult to do and require a lot of information to be processed or lots of decision making. e.g rock climbing or layup in basketball.
  13. 20. practice: little of no breaks in a session/ practice of a skill
