- 13. Practice: whole movement of a skill is repeated. e.g. golf swing
- 15. feedback: feedback given outside the performer e.g. coach telling you what you did right or wrong
- 16. skill: skills that are affected by the environment
- 19. skill: these skills are difficult to do and require a lot of information to be processed or lots of decision making. e.g rock climbing or layup in basketball.
- 20. practice: little of no breaks in a session/ practice of a skill
