- 2. We were at ____ in May when our transmission in our RAV4 went out. Had to rent a truck to get our little pop-up camper back home and had to have the car towed to a shop from Yosemite. It was $750 for the tow. Fun stuff!
- 9. Amber's ____, Marilyn, is coming out for Christmas and to meet her great-granddaughter! A four-generation picture will be hitting social media soon. LOL
- 10. The big news this year is that Amber's daughter ____ and her husband Jesurun had a baby in October, and Amber is a grandmother now! Please welcome Peyton Ella Cates!
- 11. We saw the Manhattan ____ twice this year! Once in San Francisco, and then in Los Angeles in December for their final performance before retiring. Amber's been listening to them since she was 16, and it was really emotional for her.
- 12. Have we mentioned that ____ yet? hahaha
- 14. We had a visit from Todd's dad and his wife Andi in May, and went on the ____ Train in Willits while they were here. It was fantastic!
- 16. We had these added to the house this year. It was long overdue. Exciting stuff.
- 18. The nickname for Todd's favorite football team, when they ain't doing so well.
- 21. Todd's band played at all 11 days of the Sonoma County ____ again this year and were a big hit. As a result, they got asked to play at the World Championship Grape Stomp in October which also went really well.
- 22. Let's talk about that ____ again! She's sooo cute and we can't get enough of her.
- 23. We went to Yosemite in January and seeing it with all the ____ was breathtaking!
- 24. The nickname for Amber's group of longtime girlfriends. They got together in July this year when Alison and Amber flew up to Washington and stayed at Kelly's house in Washington for a few days.
- 25. Todd's Facebook ____ was completely hijacked and then disabled in November. He still can't access it, but doesn't miss it that much. haha
- 26. Amber and a friend coordinated the first Forestville Downtown Holiday ____, which involved 20+ business and 30+ vendors, and was a big hit!
- 27. Todd made a big decision earlier this year; he ____ the two big bands he was playing in weekly. He's focusing on his own band now and subs for a couple of others.
- 29. There are a LOT of them around here. We try to keep them out of the yard because they eat all the ivy, but they sure are beautiful and we love watching them.
- 30. We're ____ thankful for our wonderful family and friends.
- 31. Todd still has his New Orleans style ____ band and is mostly having good time getting and playing gigs around this area.
- 32. We went to a lecture by this astrophysicist and enjoyed it immensely. It was the fourth time we've seen him. He's full of amazing information and is very entertaining as well.
- 33. Todd's favorite band. He got to see them three nights in a row when they played at the Berkeley Greek Theater in April.

- 1. We're in the process of grinding away all of the ____ in the hangar before we paint the inside of it. Big job. Whew! But it will look great when it's done.

- 4. As always, we thought it was a quiet year until we went back and looked through the calendar while prepping this ____. hahaha
- 5. In June we hosted our annual party, the Tall Timbers Summer Shindig, and Todd made authentic ____ to contribute to the potluck. We had a lot of leftovers and lived off that stuff for several days afterwards!
- 6. Amber is still very active in her women's pilot group, the Ninety-____.
- 7. Our ____ cat Dimitri is almost 18 years old and still has as much cattitude as ever.
- 8. After the car trouble in May, we bought a big new-to-us Toyota ____ so we'd have something that could tow our trailer. We love it!
- 13. In March we went to ____ and had a blast even though it rained that day.
- 15. We got to see a lot of family and friends when we went to ____ for a few days in April.
- 17. In April, Amber and her friend Jenell started a trip in Amber's plane to see their friend Jeff in Arizona. But after they stopped for fuel in Blythe, CA, the plane wouldn't start. Turns out the ____ had died, and they spent 3 fun-filled days stuck there while repairs were done. But they made the best of it and managed to still have some fun.
- 19. We also went to Universal ____ and the Griffith Observatory during the trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. We're such children. LOL
- 20. We saw our favorite band, ___, twice this year! One of the times we flew ourselves to Roseville and stayed with friends Alison and Tom after the concert. Lots of fun all around!
- 23. Amber is ____ co-managing the Forestville Farmers Market and has a lot of fun with it.

- 29. We went to the Bodega ____ Campground in October to see friends Christine, Joe, Jenell, Steve, Jodi, and Rick while they were camping. They all live in Placerville so it was great to get to see them when they were so close to us.
