He then became the Federal District Judge of the State of Maryland from 1789-1799. He then died on the 23 of October 1799.

He then died on the 4th of July 1826

He was also a County Judge in 1777 and served in New York Legislature. He then died on the 22nd of January 1798.
  7. 10. This man representing Delaware was born in Maryland September 18th 1733, he worked at a bar in Philadelphia, served as an Attorney General in Delaware and was appointed Chief Justice of the state of Delaware. He served in that office until his death in 1798.
