VUIS Screens

2. You click on this icon to enter the Benefits section of VUIS.
4. Shows potential benefit entitlement for different effective dates or for claimants that do not have a claim yet
5. Most of the navigation through VUIS will be done by choosing the screen from this.
6. Screen shows a list of all the add or reopen claims as well as the initial filing on the claim chosen in the Claim drop down.
8. Shows the claimant ID, SSN, Name, and Date of Birth at the top.
10. screen shows all waivers that have been applied to a claim.
11. This screen shows the claimant (not the claim) details.
12. This page has all the issues that are on a claim.
13. You can click on this drop down box to see all the claims and programs the claimant you are looking at has had.
14. This The Claimant Details screen shows all of the claimant’s basic information.

1. You can ________ the sidebar by clicking the black rectangle to the right of the Benefits Home and Search.
3. This screen shows all the reported wages for a claimant on a quarter by quarter basis.
6. This screen will let you search for a specific claim and may show more results
7. You can click on this drop down box to see all the monetary determinations the claimant has had for the claim that was selected in the Claim drop down.
9. This screen is the best search screen to begin your search from.
